🍁 Grilled Perfection: Maple Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- Salmon Fillets – 1” Thick Fillets
- Maple Syrup – ½ cup
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
- Garlic Cloves – 3 minced
- Pepper – 2 tsp.
Recipe
Make your Marinate:
- Mix your maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic and pepper in a bowl
- Layer your salmon filets into a deep dish and pour the marinate over top, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours
Prep your Big Green Egg
- Using your convEggtor pre-heat your egg to 350F
- Fill your BGE with Maple Charcoal
- Lay your cooking grid out on top of your grill
Cooking
- Lay the marinated salmon onto your cooking grill and cook for approximately 5 minutes with the lid closed
- Take a fork and pierce the fish and twist, if the result is flaky the fish are done.
