Used with an EGGspander convEGGtor Basket and a convEGGtor, the Pizza Oven Wedges create a traditional brick-oven setup with an easily accessible front opening, making it quick and easy to slide pizzas, flatbreads, and baked goods in and out of the EGG.

The open-front design lets you monitor your food while it cooks without lifting the dome and losing heat, giving you better control and more consistent results. Integrated heat fins help maintain steady airflow and even temperatures, while the insulating ceramics of the EGG retain heat for hours — ideal for baking multiple pizzas at temperatures ranging from 400°F/204°C to 700°F/370°C.

Crafted from durable cast aluminum and marine-grade stainless steel, the wedges are built to withstand extreme heat and outdoor conditions while remaining rust-resistant and easy to handle and store.
